Ten minutes after our taxi had arrived H came out of the lift in the lobby lugging our suitcase and other bags. He had packed up everything thinking we were not returning to the hotel although the plan was to spend a few hours with friends at a lunch party. No wonder he took so long to get ready!
We left the suitcase in Left Luggage but had to take the unsecured bags with us. Just in time for an aperitif, another guest kindly offered to store the bags in their car boot. That meant also that they would take us back to our hotel. At least it was a good lunch!
